Watch the videos and follow the steps to learn how you can design your own floral digital print using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Let's get started!
1. Page Setup
On the Design tab | Select Slide Size | Select Custom Slide Size
Change Slide Dimensions to A4 / 21cm x 21 cm according to the size of your frame
Click and Drag across the slide and press [Delete]

2. Draw Basic Shapes
Select Shape | Click and Drag to draw
Click on Shape Fill | Select Colour
Click on Shape Outline | Select No Outline

3. Edit Shape & Duplicate
Select Shape | Right-Click on Shape | Select Edit Points
Click and Drag handles to Edit Shape
Select Shape | Duplicate / Copy and Paste

4. Set Default Shape & Grouping
Select Shape | Right-Click on Shape | Select Set as Default Shape
Select Shapes | Right-Click on Shapes | Select Group
Click and Drag a Corner Point to resize (Press [SHIFT] as you do this to maintain shape & proportions)

5. Repeat Process Until Complete
Explore & Experiment with various shapes and colours to complete the drawing.

6. Resize, Duplicate & Recolour
Select Shapes | Right-Click on Shapes | Select Group
Click and Drag a Corner Point to resize (Press SHIFT as you do this to maintain shape & proportions)
Select Shapes & Recolour (Press SHIFT to select more than one shape at the same time)

7. Arrange & Repeat Steps 1 - 6
Select Shape | Click on Arrange | Select Bring to Front / Send to Back
Explore & Experiment with various shapes and colours to complete the drawing

8. Design Layout & Add text
On the Insert tab | Select WordArt | Add Text
Explore & Experiment with the use of various Fonts and Font sizes
On the File tab | Select Save As | Save as type: JPEG File Interchange Format (*.jpg)
